Registration for Medford High Athletics
When registering for Fall Rowing or Spring rowing, you will need to
REGISTER for Medford High School Athletics: https://medford-ar.rschooltoday.com/
If you are registering for the first time, you will need to create an Account online
For Step 2 "Select Activity", you will select from Fall or Spring ("Crew Boys" or "Crew Girls")
Fill out Athletic User Fee Form and pay Fees
Send up-to-date annual Medical Physicals to school nurse (exam must be within 12 months of start of season)
Register at USRowing
To compete in Regattas, you must register with USRowing (the national governing body for rowing in the US)
For First-Time Registration, here is the link to create a new "Individual" member profile:

Search for the Medford High School club. When you click on that it will say that the club roster is locked.

At that point you use the code KAYZN
To RENEW your "Individual" membership, go here:
Basic membership is all that is needed: cost is free, but there is an admin fee of $25.00 that will need to be paid

Clothing order form
Each athlete is responsible for buying their own clothing.
Food Form
Food fees cover the cost of providing food and refreshments for the team and supporters on days of competitions (regattas, etc.). Food Fees are $40.00 per season for each family.
MHS Athletics User Fee Form
Form should be completed by all athletes and turned into head coach. Payments can be made by credit card or check.
